Main components
1. Machine frame is welded by carbon steel, with different thickness between 40mm-16mm, annealed under high temperature to eliminate internal stress.
2. Movable beam is made of 65 Mn steel of 10mm thick.
3. Needle plate: it is compounded by the aluminum-magnesium alloy and PVC plate, drilled with computer NC driller (hole 1.83m), so that certain the distance between the holes and the vertical between the hole and needle plate. The method of placing needles is decided by the requirement of the products.Fixing by air pressure.
4. Unit crankshaft box, whose main shafts are connected with Half, case body is made of the HT200 steel by casting, annealing, and fine processing by the computer.
