PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This Two Stage Single Screw Granulating Recycling Line is used for clean EVA, POE, fabric, film, roll film, transparent, titanium white. This plastic granulator line is composed of dspecial designed single screw granulator, water ring pelletizer, and vibration sieve.
The production line can be customized according to the quality of the raw material and special needs of the customer.
1.The raw material is sent to the main machine’s feeder manually.
2.The plastic film is heated and extruded to strips/noodle-shaped.
3.Cut into pellet by water ring pelletizer.
4.Screened by vibration sieve.
The complete production line is/has:
1. User-friendly control, high efficiency, environmental protection and energy saving.
2. Different pelletizing methods, such as cold strand, water-ring, for various raw materials and production requirements.
3. Hydraulic lift screen changer and automatic screen changing can reduce manual labor and improve operation convenience.
4. Suitable for diverse materials processing, also can be customized one material or different materials, which reduces customer’s investment cost.

Granulator/Extruder:
The screw is specially designed for films force feeding. It has the advantages of fast feeding, wear resistance, etc. With natural exhaust and vacuum system, it can remove water inside the material effectively. This machine uses ceramic heating ring, which is durable and easy to maintain.
Compactor cutter can effectively dry materials, high-speed forced feed into the screw after the material reaches a certain temperature, improve the output and reduce the heating of the screw to the plastic, accelerate the plasticization process, save energy effectively.

Hydraulic screen changer is installed on the die-head of the granulator to effectively remove the impurities in the material.
The special design of the granulator head part can effectively remove the hidden moisture inside the material and improve the granulation quality. Different quality of the finished product can be produced through different mesh filters. Stainless steel 304 net can be used. It doesn’t need to be changed frequently.
