Performance
Zhan-oil 705 silicone oil is a Pentaphenyltrimethyltrisiloxane, with higher viscosity than DP-704 oil. It contains the highest ratio of phenyl shows the best temperature stability of all diffusion pump fluids. It is designed to be the ideal fluid for ultra high and ultra clean vacuum applications. Extremely low back streaming rate. Ultimate pressure 3x10-9 Torr.
The Zhan-oil 705 silicone oil for diffusion pumps can be alternatively used to the silicone oil DC705, INVOIL 705, CVC-5, Hivac F5, AN175, INDOMET PENTA, etc. These oils have the same chemical formulation and can be mixed.
