What is the laser tube working life?
The working life of different types of laser tubes is 10000~15000 hours. There are many factors that affect the service life, including: the working environment and duration of the equipment, the power setting, the technical ability and experience of the operator, and so on. Therefore, the service life experienced by customers can be as short as one year and as long as several years.
If the laser tube is damaged during transportation, who will bear the loss?

How to get a warranty if there is a problem with the laser tube?
If there is a power problem with the laser tube, please take a video. The video needs to show: laser tube working current, working status, factory label. The shooting can start from the ammeter, move from the high-voltage end of the laser tube to the low-voltage end, and clearly display the factory label.
If the laser tube has a spot problem, please test the spot quality at the laser tube's light exit. The light spots tested at the second reflector, third reflector, and focusing lens are affected by the lens and will not be admitted.
If the laser tube has no laser out, is it a quality problem?
The principle of the laser tube is that high-voltage direct current excites gas to produce laser light. Without electricity, there is no light, low current means weak light, and high current means strong light.
The laser tube installed on the laser engraving machine, laser cutting machine, and laser marking machine does not emit light. The possible reasons are:
1 If the laser device control card does not send the signal to the laser tube power supply, the laser tube power supply will not supply power to the laser tube, and there will be no laser generation.
2 The laser tube power supply is damaged, and the laser tube cannot be powered.
3 The laser tube is damaged.
How to protect the laser tube from freezing?
In order to avoid freezing and cracking of the laser tube from the cooling liquid, there are three solutions:
A. If there is absolutely no power outage in the local area, the water cooler will not be turned off when it is not working at night. At the same time, in order to achieve energy saving, the temperature of low temperature and normal temperature water is adjusted to 5-10 ℃ to ensure the coolant of the laser tube In a circulating state and the temperature is not lower than the freezing point.
B. Drain the cooling liquid in the laser tube and water cooler after each shutdown and use.
C. Use antifreeze as coolant.
When the laser machine is used in an environment where power failures often occur or there is no condition to drain the coolant every day, antifreeze must be used to prevent freezing. The basic liquid of the antifreeze is composed of alcohol and water, which will not corrode metal parts, rubber hoses and other laser machine accessories. When selecting or deploying antifreeze, the freezing point of the antifreeze should be about 5°C lower than the lowest temperature of the environment in which it is used.
1. Use ethanol for short-term freeze protection:
If there is a power failure and the cooling water cannot be drained, when temporary short-term antifreeze is required, ethanol (alcohol) can be added to deionized water or purified water, and the addition amount cannot exceed half of the tank volume.
Because ethanol is very corrosive, it cannot be used for a long time. The ethanol mixture must be drained within a week and the cooling pipeline must be cleaned with purified or deionized water. If antifreeze is still required, a special antifreeze must be selected.
2. Use special antifreeze of professional brand:
It is recommended to choose branded antifreeze, there are generally two types of antifreeze suitable for laser engraving machine systems:
1) AntifrogenN glycol-water type (industrial products, toxic to the human body);
2) AntifrogenL propylene glycol-water type (food grade, harmless to humans). Both of these coolants can be easily purchased.
Note: Any antifreeze liquid cannot completely replace deionized water and cannot be used continuously throughout the year.
After the winter, it is necessary to use deionized water or purified water to clean the pipeline of the used coolant, and restore the use of deionized water or purified water as the coolant of the laser pipeline.
Is the chiller temperature as low as possible?
Not really. The temperature of the chiller should be set within 10 degrees below room temperature. Too low will cause condensation on the water pipe, which may cause high-voltage discharge.
How to maintain the laser tube window mirror?
First of all, you should install a high-performance smoke exhauster and connect the smoke exhaust pipe to reduce possible pollution to the laser tube and ensure the normal operation of laser cutting.
Secondly, before the machine is turned on and after the machine is turned off every day, use a blower to clean the laser tube window mirror. You can also use a non-woven cotton swab soaked in ethanol and wipe gently every week.
What is the ideal working environment of the laser tube?
First of all, the power supply voltage must be stable without high-power or strong radiation interference. If the voltage fluctuates too much, a regulated power supply should be configured. The laser engraving and cutting machine must be grounded; Work in a vibrating and humid environment (damp is prone to high-pressure ignition);

It is recommended to use purified water, deionized water, and ensure that it is clean and free of debris and replaced regularly. High-quality antifreeze can be used in winter.
