This kit is an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the quantitative determination of T-2 toxin in grain corps , besides the specificity of the kit has been evaluated by analyzing the cross-reactivities to corresponding substances. The kit is a convenient, fast, and sensitive assay for on-site large-scale screening of T-2 toxin.
This test kit is based on the competitive enzyme immunoassay. The antigen-specific competition antibody immobilized on the T-2 toxin enzyme labeling plate in the sample is added with an enzyme label to catalyze the color development, and the T-2 toxin content in the sample is judged according to the depth of the color development. Deep color, low content; light color, high content
T-2 toxin is a mycotoxin produced by a variety of Fusarium species. It mainly contaminates grain crops such as wheat, barley, corn and their products, causing harm to human health and the development of animal husbandry.
