Q1. Are you manufacturer ?Can you do OEM/ODM? Yes, we are the manufacturer. we can do both OEM and ODM as you required.
Q2. What is warranty for your boards? Usually it is 18 months for all the boards and we can change the new board for you immediately if it's our problem. We can also supply the program updating free.
Q3. Can you do design and development for other machines control boards? Yes, we can provide hardware design + software program + pcb layout + casing service for supplier and give a competitive price.
Q4. What are you specializing in? We are specializing in the development board. Q5. How long it takes to develop new boards? Usually it takes about 1~45 days as it depends on the functions you required. Generally, it will take 35 days after receiving your advance payment for mass order. If the products your ordered are the standard products we can send them within 3 days. If the customization products we will send within 45 days.
Q6. MOQ? There is no MOQ is 1 pc.
Q7. Shipping cost? The shipping cost is determined by shipping method you choose, the destination, weight, packing size of the goods. Please let us know if you need us to quote you the shipping cost.
Q8. How to start for inquiry? Answer: Please send us full manufacture requirements or documents for quotation, i.e. gerber files, BOM, samples if it is necessary.
