This Twin Screw Extruding Granulating Line is mainly used as a TESTER to:
1. test combination ratios and dosage,
2. matching color,
3. changing properties
of different plastic granules
This machine is for plastic granules, such as ABS, PC, PA, PP, PE, PPO, PBT, HIPS, PPS, PSU, Masterbatch, flame retardant masterbatch, filler masterbatch and short glass fibers.
The machine is specially designed as a tester, so the output is 50 - 70 kg/h, which is lower than other twin screw granulator. When testing combinations or matching color of a variety of raw material, there are lots of uncertainties. However, with this tester, you’ll be able to save your cost and time, improve efficiency.

Granulator/Extruder:
This parallel twin screw design ensures even mixing and better plasticization.
This machine has vacuum system, which can remove water inside the material effectively. This machine uses ceramic heating ring, which is durable and easy to maintain.
Cooling Trough + Supporting bracket with rack and blower:
Water tank is mainly used to cool down the plastic strips and to maintain its shape. The blowers are used to dehydrate.
Vibration Sieve:
The pelletizer/cutting machine is made of stainless steel.
Storage Hopper/Tank:
There are two layers of sound insulation materials on the inside of the storage hopper, which reduces noise level effectively. The storage hopper’s capacity is 500 kg, which is suitable for general situations.
