Flexible & High Efficient Electric steel Coil Lifter for Oil Tank Manufacturing

1.Operate priciple:the clamp is driven by a torque motor and translated driven by the chain wheel, turbine worm reducer, rack and gear edge protection function.

2.The internal lateral sides of the clamp legs are equipped with two pairs of photoelectric correlative switches which make the clamp legs stop before contacting the steel coils so that the lateral sides of the legs will not have contact with the steel coils and not hurt them during lifting.

3.How to use:

During operation, only when the photoelectric switches shine a beam through the center holes of steel coils, is the clamp allowed to fasten, which makes it easy for operation

After the steel coils are lifted, the machine is deadlocked so that the clamp will not open even in case of error operations.

Clamp leg surface protection: A. The surface of clamp legs is cast with a 20 mm-thick polyurethane layer.

The lateral bolts are fastened with polyurethane, and bottom bolts with aluminum protection plates.
