Component Description

Flat Plate Panel Solar Collector is one of the most wide-used solar collector with high efficiency, the selective coated absorber sheet absorbs up to 95% of available sunlight converting into usable heat, the heat is normally absorbed by water in the loop, or a freeze-resistant water mixture which is used to supplement hot water heating or house air heating.

Cover Glass	Toughened low-iron glass protects the absorber from the outside environment while allowing through more than 91% of sunlight.
Absorber	A thin sheet of aluminum is coated with a highly selective black chrome coating that is extremely efficient at absorbing sunlight and converting it into usable heat. The aluminum sheet is ultrasonically laser welded to the copper riser pipes.
Insulation	The insulation helps reduce heat loss from the sides and back of the collector. High-density polyurethane and glass wool to greatly reduce weight and heat lost of the collector.
Riser & Header Pipe	Conforms to international standards, the header and riser pipes are brazed together to form a harp shaped heat exchanger that the solar system water or fluid circulates through. The absorber sheet is ultrasonically laser welded to the riser pipes, thus transfers heat to the water or heat transfer fluid.
Casing	The aluminum alloy sheet seals the back and frame of the panel and adds to the rigidity of the collector. The rails in the frame are designed for easy mounting attachment.

As solar water heater system is a large product, including the product value and shipping cost, it is really a high investment, so we can not provide it free, hope for your understand.
2. Can you accept OED/ODM?
Yes, of course.we are professional solar water heater manufacturer with our own brand, also providing OEM service for many famous brand, you can send us your requirements and logo designing.
3. What is your GUARANTEE TIME?
It differs with different configuration. For our standard, 10 years for vacuum tubes, 6 years for heat pipes, 3 years for brackets and water tank,1 year for other parts.
4. What is your PAYMENT TERM?
For container: T/T 30% in advance, 70% or 100% credit before shipment , Western Union.
For sample: Usually 100% T/T in advance, also can be negotiable.
5. Do you have other ADDITIONAL SERVICE?
YES. We provide free spares according to your order,such as vacuum tubes,tube holders,dust rings, seal rings,screws etc. Also, we can provide logo design free if you have an order at least 20 feet container.
