Hook Type Shot Blasting Machine
Products Features: This series hook type shot blasting machine is mainly used for surface cleaning of casting structure nonferrous alloy and other parts.This series shot blasting machine have many types such as single hook type double hook type.
Shot blasting of casts, welded constructions, forged and pressed parts, and various complicated parts (including cylinders, springs), etc. To clean surface, removing casting sand & filings, consolidating the surface (micro handling), roughing the surface before painting, etc.
Pretreat objects are individually or in a group hanged to the revolving hoist and transported to the machine via conveyor. Rotating of treated objects provides efficient treatment of less accessible parts of their surface. The machine’s housing is protected by wear-resistant rubber and Rolling Mn13.
Machines may be produced through order, with customized size, quantity and power of turbines, the hanging conveyor type, rotating hangers capacity. The hoist and trolley drive may be manufactured in accordance with the buyer’s requirement.
