Q4: By which way do you ship?
All orders placed online will be delivered to your door by express: FedEx/Ups/DHL/TNT
For big order, you could contact us and require different shipment way such as air cargo or sea shipment.
Q5: How long is the warranty of your products?

Q6: How can I create my own artwork?
Template can be provided with you as long as you contact our sales. Artwork should be in PDF/AI/EPS file with resolution no less than 100 DPI when size 1:1. Make sure all fonts turned into curved (outlined) to avoid fonts changing. All the pictures should be linked to avoid missing.
Q7: Can you help me design the artwork?
Please provide us with your logos and contents, then our professional designer can help to design. Design charge will be depending on the complication of design job.
Q8: What can I do if I want a customized size?
Most of our products can be customized. You can contact our online service to send a mail for more information.
Q9: Are the banners of flags colorfast?
It's affected by many factors, such as local climate , location, frequency of usage etc.
Normally the color can last for about 6-12 months.
Q10:Are the banners and hardware recycled?
Both of the printed banner and hardware are recyclable. Banners are printed by dye sublimation, washable without fading.
