Product Information
The HLB Range is pressure monitoring type gas leakage detecting cabinets. Installed as a bypass circuit in a first-stage or second-stage regulator, the system detects and monitors the presence or absence of slight flow rates in times when there is no gas consumption, such as late at night. The chart on the dedicated monitoring recorder enables detection of slight leaks from various installations such as underground pipings, housing complexes, factories etc.

Easily Detectable - Possible to detect gas leaks if the gas consumption is stopped for at least one hour.
Leakage Amount Estimation - The amount of leakage can be estimated by using the indicated pressure of the monitoring recorder*

Installable to the Existing System - If there is a gas outlet in the medium pressure section of the supply equipment, it can be additonally installed.

By reading the pressure change recorded by the monitoring recorder (self-recording pressure gauge) connected to the HLB, it can be determined whether the gas leaks or not.
■In the case of NO leakage - During the period of no gas consumption, the indicated pressure of the monitoring recorder rose by more than 6.00 kPa (the value is changeable depending on the model).
■In case there is a suspicion of leaks - If the pressure of the monitoring recorder does not rise to the indicated pressure (6.00 kPa) even once during the monitoring period.0
■Estimating the amount of leakage - The "Pressure-Leakage Chart" provides an approximate reading of the amount of leakage (check the chart).
