Q5: How long is the delivery time for the samples?
A:In general, it needs 5-7 days to send samples. 

Q6: What is your MOQ?
A:To use neutral package, MOQ is 500pcs/order, while to use customized package, MOQ is 2000pcs/item. 2000pcs/order. For customized package if the MOQ is below 2000pcs, you have to pay deposit US$400 for each package design and manufacture, only if  the total mount of each item reaches 2000pcs in one year since the first shipment considering the storage cost and box damage over time, we will return the deposit.

Q7: How long is the delivery time for mass order?
A:In general, 25-30 days after receiving deposit. 

Q8: Can we print our logo on the products?
A:Yes, of course, we print customized logo by laser marking generally.

Q9: What about the product services and quality?
A:We put forward strict components suppliers selection, spare parts testing, safety testing, product durable testing, pre-shipment inspection by senior engineer. And we offer parts one year or three year warranty.
