ღ Features:The pot cover is automatic lift type, the material was directed draw into the emulsifying boiler from oil boiler and water boiler based on a pipe that is under vacuum, the discharge is based on the turn the emulsifying boiler. And the heating system is electric heating or steam heating that the temperature is automation control. Put the cool water into the intercalated bed so cooling the material, simple operation and safety( at the outside have a warm layer). The homogenizer and the blade stirring can together work or separate work. The material sliming, emulsification, mixing, dispersing, etc. what will finished during short time. Contact position adopt high-quality stainless steel (medical use adopt 316L material make with supplies, polish mirror of interior surface, mix the hygiene of the device in vacuum, it accords with the normal hygiene standard manufacture of GMP to adopt that is most ideal production equipment.

Working Principle
There are three pots : Main pot (Emulsifying pot) and preparatory pots (Water pot and Oil pot).
The water pot and oil pot are preparatory pots. For products which need emulsifying, the raw materials are always including water phase material and oil phase material, so the water pot is for preparation of water phase materials, and oil pot is for preparation of oil phase materials. The two pots both have jacket layer, which can be heated by electrical heating or steam . Meanwhile, the two pots equip with mixing system. The mixing system is dispersing disk with speed of 1400 rpm. After preparing (feeding, heating, mixing), the raw materials in these two pots can be absorbed into the main pot (emulsifying pot) by the power of vacuum through pipeline.
