Q1: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer located in Mule Guangxi, China. We specialize in cycling wear, yoga garments, running and training wear, etc. We focuse on providing our clients competitive prices with good quality.
Q2: Do you accept custom small orders?
A: Yes, no limit on quantities. You just need to show or tell us what you need.
Q3: Do you have any designer to help with drawing?
A: Yes. We have designers to redraw your artwork based on your high-resolution JPG file or logo to fit them on our templates.
Q4: Do you produce samples to confirm the order?
A: Yes. We will make a before-production sample according to your artwork and size chart for you to check.
Q5: Can I use my own sizing chart?
A: Yes.
Q6: What's your sample policy?
A: Sample fee is refundable. We will return different proportion of sample fee to you based on the quantity of your bulk order.
Q7: What about the lead-time for the customized sample?
A: It is about 3 to 5 business days after all information confirmed by you.
Q8: What about the production lead-time?
A: It is within 15 days normally. But if you have any urgent order, it can also be negotiated.
