General description

Cup Heap Pin with insulation consist of a copper or galvanized coated steel shank partly

insulated and firmly crimped on a galvanized steel washer head , with an insulated

underhead . It allow the fixing of aluminum faced insulation or wired mattress on sheet

metal such as airducts , metal beams , metal industrial equipment etc . in a single operation .

Cup Head Pin without insulation is suitable for plain insulation(without aluminum facing)

It is used with welding machine .

 Application

Fix earth clamp of the welder      Place the pin on the magnetic head of the gun      Press the pin through the insulation

To the steel metal .                       Adjust the voltage according to the type and      until the point meets the sheet metal

Lay insulation on sheet metal.     thickness of sheet metal                        and press the trigger
