A: Sure, we can offer you a hanger sample for free to check the fabric quality, what you only need to pay is the express charge &
custom fees for it in case there is.
But we do recommend you buy yardage samples first to see whether it's suitable for the dress though it cost you a little bit more
money. And it's possible to be free for our regular customer.
Q: How long will it take you to make a sample if we provide our idea?
A: 7-10 days depends on the design type.
Q: Do you have your products in stock or to order?
A: Mainly made to order, those marks RTS is in stock ready to ship.
Q: What's the MOQ?
A: For machine design:200m-300/col depend on design, For hand-work design: 90m/col.
Q: Can i mix different designs or colors in one order?
A: Yes, you can select several designs or colors in one order.
Q: Can i get a lower price if i order large quantities?
A: Yes, the bigger the order the cheaper the price.
Q: How long it’ll take for the delivery time?
A: For RTS order, normally within 5-7 days after receiving your payment.
For OEM order, within 30-40 days for machine embroidery items, Within 90 days for the hand-work embroidery after order
confirmation, but it can be negotiated based on the order quantity and production schedule.
Q: What about the terms of payment?
A: For OEM order, 30% deposit and balance against the shipping docs before delivery.
For RTS order, 100% payment before delivery.
Q: Can i add or delete items from my order if i change my mind?
A: Yes, before we put the order on the machine producing, you'll have maximum 24 hours to reconsider after you place an order.
