A3 : For customized order,plates/bowls/cup MOQ is 5000 pcs,dinner set MOQ is 1000 sets.
Q4 : What is your delivery time?
A4 : Generally delivery time is 30-35 days.
Q5 : What is the sample time and cost?
A5 : It's according to what sample it is.If with customized design,it need 5-7 days.If sample is our regular product,only need 1-2days.
Q6 : What payment terms could you accept?
A6 : Under FOB ,we need deposit 30% by T/T before production,balance against BL copy . L/C also is acceptable. Under EXW,we need30% deposit and balance before delivery.
Q7 : What certification could you offer?
A7 : CA Prop65/CE/EU/LFGB/ISO9001/BSCI ,if you need other certification or test report,we can offer also.
