olive pomace charcoal machine with a full-automatic operation,,it can economize lots of time, labor and cost. It is practical and very convenient ,equipped with Auto-feeding Conveyor, Biomass Gas purifier equipment, Dust-Removal Device, Gas cleaner system, PLC touchscreen manual automatic dual-use electric control cabinet, Cooling and Discharging Conveyor, Carbonization furnace and other significant devices. Only use natural gas or other fuel to preheat the stove for 40 minutes, then the machine can continuous work with 24 hours. The gas produced during preheating can be recycled ,that's why only warm up 40 minutes, the machine can work all day .

Raw material & Final products of olive pomace charcoal machine
Generally speaking, almost all kinds of raw materials are suitable for this stove, such as, wood, bamboo charcoal, coconut shell, sawdust, wood, rice husk, tree bark, jute stick , palm shell, etc. However, there is a little limitation. That is if the diameter of the raw materials is too large, they need be shredded. Here, the cutting machine will be used to shred them into small pieces.

The sawdust charcoal production process is:Crusher(crushing materials into powder/small pieces)----dryer( the moisture of materials asked less than 18%, if it is wet, need dry)---sawdust charcoal furnace(carbonization, make materials into charcoal)---screw conveyor(charcoal out).
