Graphite Petroleum Coke Recarburizer
Our graphitized petroleum coke is produced by vertical continuous graphitization furnace. Our low sulfur and low nitrogen graphitized is made of calcined petroleum coke as raw material, then going through fully graphitization of the continuous graphitization process under the high temperature of minimum 2600℃ . Afterwards, through crushing, screening and classification. Acting as the inoculant and carburizer, it's widely used in the special steel smelting and precision casting process, especially meeting the requirement of high quality product and strict control of sulfur content in the ductile iron and grey iron casting industry. lt's also used as reducer agent in the nuclear reactor, the absorbent of heavy metal in the wastewater treatment system and the raw material of graphite cathode in the aluminum electrolysis cell.

It is mainly used for making aluminum and graphite. In addition, it is mainly used to make carbon products, such as graphite electrode and anode arc, for steelmaking, non-ferrous metals and aluminum smelting; to make silicon carbide products, such as various grinding wheels, sandpaper, etc.; to make commercial calcium carbide for synthetic fiber, acetylene and other products; it can also be used as fuel, but when it is used as fuel, it needs graded impact mill for ultra-fine grinding, which is made by jzc-1250 equipment Coke powder can only be used for combustion. Glass plants and coal water slurry plants mainly use coke powder as fuel
Production Method
There are two kinds of production processes commonly used for petroleum coke after fracture, namely, rotary kiln production process and tank furnace production process. Most foreign petrochemical enterprises use rotary kiln production process to calcine petroleum coke, while in China, tank furnace production process is often used to calcine petroleum coke.
Rotary kiln production process is relatively simple, the focus is to control the calcination time and temperature, can process a variety of petroleum coke, but rotary kiln can not process high volatile combustion of petroleum coke. Only pot furnace process can be used.
