Q1: Is your company a trading company or factory?
Answer 1: We have our own factory. Welcome to visit our factory.
Q2: How may I get a sample to check your quality?
Answer 2: Yes, definitely. We can send you the samples for free, but you needto pay for the shipping cost. ( Models and QTY of samples will be negotiated)
Q3: Can you accept OEM or ODM orders?
Answer 3: Yes, OEM/ ODM orders are both welcome and accept. Our R & D team will in coordination to offer our total solution service per your ideas and requirements.
Q4: What’s the MOQ and how about the lead time for mass production?
Answer 4: For our existed brands, we accept MOQ in50pcs/model, its lead time is 3-5 days after order confirmed. Lead time of mass production, honestly, it depends on order QTY and the season you place the order, especially orders to be placed during the period of CNY season, let us negotiate for a quickest time after your order qty confirmed so as to ensure your OTD.
Q5: How many models can I order at one time & several models to be ship mixed if it accept?
Answer 5: It upon your specific requests, no models defined if MOQ in 50pcs/model meets, and it surely could several models to be ship mixed in one batch, we will pack all the models orderly and well protected in cartons.
Q6: What about your shipping methods?
Answer 6: Generally, batches of goods be shipping by DHL, FedEx, TNT, EMS, UPS for smaller order, shipping by sea if once order in big measurements or per your requirement. And we will also support to inquire different couriers to check shipping price difference, then we will recommend & use the cheapest and safest courier for your reference and option.
Q7: What payment terms can I use?
Answer 7: We accept T/T, Ali trade assurance, Paypal, western union or RMB, and 30% deposit upon order placed before production, rest balance 70% before shipment is acceptable.
Q8: If the product is damaged when I receive, what should we do?
Answer 8: We would try best to help to solve it if for any damages on delivering, refund, resend goods or mutual discussion for any of other better ways.
