need to charge it by wall charger to reset it.

A: 1. AC output working time=500wh * 0.85/the power of your device
For example, assume your power of device is 50W, working time will be 500wh * 0.85/50w=8.5 hrs ( rough calculated)
This is the theoretical value calculated: charge it without using it. Actual working time may varies on how you use the device, pls inquiry seller for details.
2. DC and USB output working time=500wh * 0.95/the power of your device.
