Description
High Output plastic double single shaft shredder
Our GL series double single shaft shredding machine adopts the advanced technology introduced from Europe, and passed the CE Certification of Quality System. Low speed, high torque, low noise. over-load protector , the machines is specially used for PP woven bag and jumbo bags ,a PP/PE film and streth film.
The machine is controlled by PLC system, the blade can be rotated in opposite direction, and also will close automatically if something unexpected happen, with very high safety service.
Features:
1. This Plastic Shredder is suitable to shred different things such as wood, wood pallet, Tyre, Metal bucket, plastic bucket, big plastic blocks, Big plastic pipe etc.
2. Each dynamic blades has four cutting edges which enable reutilization after being abraded, by rotating 90 degree.
3. Each fixed blades has two cutting edges which enable reutilization after being abraded, by rotating 180 degree.
4.. Quiet operation at low speed.
5. Screen perforation is adjustable according to customers' requirement.
