Q: What is your MOQ？
A: Our MOQ is around 200-1200 depends on the product since most of our products are made to order and it uses different mole. We also open for discussion that we do have some ready to sale product that ad doesn't have MOQ criteria.
Q: Can I get sample?
A: Yes, we do provide samples base on your design or our provide design. We do charge a small amount of fee to cover the mole fee but we could always waive that cost during the product order after confirmation.
Q: How long is sample lead time?
A: Our sample lead time are around 2-3 weeks depends on the design graphic confirmation stage. We
usually spend more time on the 2D or 3D graphic design stage that is confirm from you we can
proceed the sample in more faster speed.

Q: How long is production lead time？
A: Our production lead time is around 35-45 days. The shipment lead time will depends which carrier companies you choose for shipping.
Q: Are you a trading company or factory？
A: We are both factory and trading companies. We have over 15 factories that we have cooperate for more than 20 years. Our sales volume weight are 70% of their factories which we have more controlling power.

Q: What format of the file do you need if I want my own design？
A: We wish to get AI format of the file. We will look at your design and make some adjustment advices since we want to make sure our production are smooth. It's best to also point out each color's pantone number on your drawing if is possible. It will help us speed up the process on making the sample.
Q: What is your payment term？
A: Our normal payments are 30% deposit with 70% payment before shipment. However, if the order is more than USD 1 million we are open for 30 days payment under L/C. We will need to check on the company credit before accepting L/C terms.
Q: Can we use our own shipping agent？
A: Yes, you can. We had cooperated with many forwarders. If you need we can always recommend some to you and you can compare the prices and service.
