Q1: What about your show room?A:For our show room all the furniture is custom-made, we provide space for clients to see the effect of their mockup. Most of time their project engineer, designer and owner will come to here to review the mock up, also we can give some suggestion to improve furniture level.
Q2: When can you finish the Quotation?A: It will take 1-3 working days
Q3: Can you produce any quality according to the client's requirement?
A:We are custom-made hotel furniture manufacturer, in our factory we have each kind of machine, we can do great quality and any style furniture according to client's requirement. Before produce the mockup, we will prepare the veneer, fabric and steel sample for client to confirm
Q4:What is your MOQ?A: For hotel bedroom furniture's MOQ is 30 sets
For Single hotel furniture's MOQ is 140HQ' container
Q5:What is your delivery time ?A: For mock up, if only 1-5 pcs, 10days we can finish after confirmed payment and shopdrawing.it have 5 pcs more,15-20 days can finish after confirmed payment and shop drawing & material.
For mass production, 50-60 days can finish after confirmed deposit and shop drawing &material.
Q6:What is your payment term?A:You can pay it by TT or LC, for mock up is 100% payment before produce. for mass production is 30% deposit before produce and 70% balance before loading.
Q7: What about the warranty of your factory?
A:We promise all customers with three-year warranty, before packing we have a professional QC term to check each piece to make sure all the furniture keep a top quality to show client.
