1. Which products you can produce?

We are a professional printing factory.
Our main product are including PVC card ,paper scratch card , adhesive sticker ,RFID card,IC card , Scratch label etc

2. How about the supply capacity?

We have more than 100 workers ,and produce more than 10million PCS cards each month

3. How about the working time?

Our working time for process order is 9:00AM-18:30PM, and offer 24hours inquiries reply !If you have any inquiries and we saw your email , we will reply immediately .

4. How about the delivery way?

By Express By air or By sea,  based on your selections.

5. How about the sample time? 

The samples time will be 3-5 days after confirm the design.

6. Can you offer free samples?  

Yes ,we can offer free samples of other orders ,but for shipping cost customer need to shoulder

7. How about  the production time?

Usually it will take7-10 working days for printing, if for some urgent order , we can finished within 5-7days

8. How about the delivery day? 

Usually it will take 3-5 working days by express , 3-7days by air , 30-40days by sea

9. How about the shipping cost?

We will check a optimal shipping way for you or according to your choice. 

10. How about the packing? 

PVC card will be 250pcs/box and then pack 5000PS  in carton .other items depend on the extract qty to pack, normally pack in carton

11. How about the payment?

Usually we accepte T/T,Paypal and Alipay on alibaba

12. How can I confirm the quality of items?

Usually we will make some samples for your approval before mass production .

13. What form of the artwork can accept?

As the artwork ,it should be AI ,PSD,CRD or clear PDF.

14. What I need to supply for place an order?
