Absolutely yes, and please help to share with us your detailed drawings. 3D and 2D will help us understand your product well.
c) Will my drawings be safe?
Yes, we could sign the NDA before you send the drawings.
d) How long will I get the quotation?
The quotation will be sent to you within 48 hours after we understand the main details of your required product.
e) What will affect the price?
Frankly speaking, most of the cost will be the material and the structure of your parts. Then, a strict tolerance requirement and surface treatment will also increase your cost a lot. f) What is the MOQ?
No strictly MOQ requirements. And it depends on your on the actual parts you need.
Sometimes there will be an extra tooling cost for the low volume production.
g) Can I get a sample for testing?
Yeah, the sample is available for you to take a test. We need to supply qualified parts that meet your strict requirements.
h) How will you ensure product quality?
We will ensure the product quality by multiple inspection procedures:
1) Sample inspection before the serial production
2) Regularly inspecting during the production
3) Visual inspection before shipping
i) How long will you produce the parts?
It will be based on the quantity amount and complexity and requirements of the job.
For the simple 3-axis machining parts, the delivery time is 15-25 working days.
For the complex 4-axis and 5-axis machining parts, the delivery time is 25-45 days.
If it is very urgent for you, please let us know your expected delivery time, we will try our best to arrange the quick production for you.
j) How about transportation?
Samples and trial production by express (if not too heavy), otherwise by sea or by air will be a good choice for you.
k) What are your payment terms?
TT, Western Union, Paypal, or others convenient for you.
The sample is 100% in advance;
Mass production 50% in advance;50% before shipment or to be negotiated.
l) What if the products we received are not good?
