1. Brief introduction of YPJ series static explosion hydraulic splitting machine
Hydraulic splitting machine, also known as hydraulic splitting gun, rock splitting machine, mountain cutter, hydraulic splitter, etc., is a static explosion hydraulic splitting equipment produced by Shandong Master Machinery Group. The static explosion hydraulic splitting machine consists of a hydraulic pump station, a splitter, a high-pressure tubing and a splitting gun.
According to the different power of hydraulic pump station, it can be divided into hydraulic splitting machine for electric motor station and hydraulic splitting machine for diesel station. The hydraulic splitting machine is designed using the principle of wedge. The hydraulic pump station outputs ultra-high pressure hydraulic oil. The middle wedge in the wedge group is driven forward by driving the oil cylinder, the reverse wedges are propped up to both sides, so as to quickly split the rock and separate the hard ore from the mountain.
