1. Q: Do you accept customized orders? A: Yes, We are a manufacturer with own factory in Liling, Hunan Province. We have rich experience in OEM&ODM production to meet your customized needs.
2. Q:Can you do the designs for us? A:Yes.We have a professional team with rich experience in designing and manufacturing. You can provide AI, or PDF format to show your ideas . Our professional designer will make the artwork for you.
3. Q: How does your factory guarantee your quality? A: Quality first is our motto, and we have a professional QC department. They work full time. We check the quality of each order at least 3 times, any defected items will be rejected if found. Every staff in ZPX pay attention to the quality of the products.
4. Q: How can I get some samples? And sample lead time? A:We usually provide existing samples for free. Regarding customized designs, we may consider charge for them and the sample charge is refundable when order is up to a certain quantity. Lead time for the sample is about 5-8 days after the receipt of your sample charge.
