Technical features

1. Exclusive white color delay printing design, which greatly improves the printing accuracy of black T-shirt, and realizes ONE PASS printing ultra-high concentration of white ink and perfect resolution of color ink on white ink.
2. White ink circulatioin system, to make the white ink has great effect and not precipitation.
3. Secondary ink cartridge, which can store part of the ink and provide ink in time. It's closer to the printhead so can supply ink continuously.

1. Where is your company located? Do you have factory? what's your main products?
a.We come from China, have 2 branch offices which in Shanghai and Shenzhen.
b. We're manufacture, our own factory is in Shenzhen . We design and produce the machine by ourselves. We're always follow the market and upgrade our machine to meet higher quality
c. We specialized in UV flatbed printer and Direct to garment printer for over 15 years.
2. How many heads Vega Jet have? What's it?
We use 2pcs F1080 original heads, can print white and color in one pass, have better effect than normal one head machine.
(Normal machine has one head, the ink channel is CMYKWW; Our machine 's ink channel is WWWWWW, KCCMMY. Printing effect is more vividly, especially in black Tshirt.)
3. What's the speed to print one Tshirt?
For Vega Jet, it takes about 3 minutes to print one A4 size white T-shirt; takes about 4-5 minuets to print one A4 black Tshirt.
4. What's the ink cost to print one Tshirt?
White Tshirt- It takes about 0.3-0.4ml ink to print one Tshirt, the ink cost is around $0.03-$0.04 .
Black Tshirt- It takes about 1.2-2ml ink to print one Tshirt, the ink cost is around $0.1- $0.2
5. What's the warranty and technical support?
We provide 13 months warranty, free spare parts will be sent to you if there is nay problem in warranty time.
6. How about the technical support? Any Tutorial videos ?
We have detail machine user manual / full series tutorial video with be sent together with the machine. And have professional engineer team will support you all the time(Online chat, video call, team viewer etc)
