A: Shanghai or Huzhou . Other main port is OK. We could coordinate shipping at your logistic warehouse.

A: Sample needs 3-5 working days, mass production time needs 2-3 weeks for order quantity around 2000pcs. For bigger order, please
confirm with us.
Q3: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
A: Yes, we could provide some kinds of sample for free charge. Now customer will only need to pay for the express cost.
Q4: What is your terms of payment?
A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>1000USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. Bigger order payment term
negotiable.
Q5. What about the lead time?
A: Sample needs 3-5 working days, mass production time needs 2-3 weeks for order quantity around 2000pcs. For bigger order, please
confirm with us.
Q6. Do you have any MOQ limit?
A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available.
Q7. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: For smaller volume order, we usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 5-10 days to arrive. Normal flight and
sea container shipping also are optional.

A: Yes. Please just give us the AI artwork. If you do not have it in AI, just send us the image, our designer can design for you.

A: We have spot inspection and finished product inspection. We check the goods when they go into next step production procedure.
