SINCHOLD alunimothermic welding technology is generatinge the high-temperature molten metal steel in very short time by igniting the flux, and the liquid steel is fused with the preheated rail end to form a whole (become bonded) after natural cooling. The quality after being welded reaches the mechanical performance index of the aluminothermically welded joints. (The quality indicators for the aluminothermically welded joints can be referred to in the TB/T1632.3-2014 standard.) The aluminothermic welding technology for the seamless Aluminothermic welding technology has seen obvious economic benefits.

Thermit welding process














Conditions


● If the ambient temperature is below 15℃,the welding head should be covered with a blanket or
other covering for 10 minutes.
● If the rail temperature is below 15℃, use a welding torch to heat each side for about 1-2 minutes
(depending on the size of the rail) up to reach 37℃.
