CNC milling machine XK7124
1. The spindle is a fast tool change structure, the spindle dynamic balance G1 processing, the precision 300mm beats 1 wire. The sleeve has a diameter of 90mm and the shaft core is made of standard alloy steel 20CrMnTi as the main shaft material. It is manufactured by standard processes such as forging and carburizing.
2. The three-axis servo is the absolute value servo. Compared with the ordinary incremental servo motor, the performance is greatly improved, and there is no need to return to zero. It is not necessary to install the hard limit. Say goodbye to the system alarm caused by some small switches, power failure or collision. After rebooting, there is no need to set the knife.
3. The spindle motor is a spindle servo motor. Compared with the conventional variable frequency motor, the torque is larger than that of the ordinary motor. The low speed and constant torque have an absolute advantage in tapping. It is perfectly matched with the A-axis of the 4-axis system.
