3B32-V102 module is based on EFR32MG1B232F256GM32-C0 of Silicon Labs. The EFR32MG1B232F256GM32-C0 is a true system-on-chip (SoC) solution for ZigBee, Thread and multiprotocol, and it supports the following modulation formats: 2/4 (G)FSK with fully configurable shaping, BPSK / DBPSK TX, OOK / ASK, shaped OQPSK / (G)MSK, configurable DSSS and FEC. The module enables industry-leading energy efficiency, ultra-fast wakeup times, a scalable power amplifier and no-compromise MCU. It integrates 32-bit ARM Ò CortexÒ-M4 core with 40 MHz maximum operating frequency, PA with up to +19.5 dBm and balun.
