    R:Payment term: TT 30% as deposit, TT the left 70% before shipment.

3. Q: Is sample available?
    R:Sample is available. Sample cost is unit price + 40% extra sample charge. EXW factory price.

4. Q: What is the delivery for sample?
    R: It will take about 2 weeks to prepare a sample.

5. Q: What is the delivery for mass production?
    R: It will take about 50 days.

6. Q: Is OEM available?
    R: OEM is available. We can according to customer's demands to make the logo design, carton mark and bike color. 

7. Q: Can you manufacture the bike according to customer's design and requirements?
    R: Yes, it is ok. Customer offer the bike drawing, then we develop and manufacture the bike.

8. Q: can you pack the bikes according to customer's requirements?
    R: Yes, it is ok.

9. Q: Do you have any experience in inspection factory?
    R: Yes, our factory was inspected by SGS organization, by Wal-Mart Supermarket, by Carrefour Supermarket. 
       We sold bikes to Wal-Mart Supermarket in USA and Carrefour Supermarket.

10. Q: Do you have any Quality Assurance?
      R: Yes, we built a Product examination department. Before mass production, every part of the bike need be tested. Only approved, then we can start mass production. In our testing room, there are many machine for testing.
