How to Use?
Cold Therapy: Place in the refrigerator or the freezer 30 minutes prior to usage or until it reaches desired temperature. Alternatively, simply store it in the refrigerator when not in use.
Heat Therapy: Remove any metal parts, heat the Eye Mask in the microwave in 15 second increments until reaches desired temperature. OR simmer the Eye Mask in hot water for 5 to 10 minute, remove carefully then apply to required area.
