1.How do I get started? You can start with our website for selecting items and email us about required details. There are a wide range of promotion items we can customize for you.
2.How about the price of your products? Our product is diversified with price from 5 USD to 80 USD dollars, they will be optional by different customers.
3.What is the MOQ? The minimum order quantity is usually 1000pcs for regular items. But we also do smaller shipment for your test order.
4.How do I get samples? We will delivery samples to you via FEDEX /DHL/UPS/TNT or other similar courier after receiving your payment. Lead time for sample is around 5-7days.
5.How do I make the product with logo printed? You can send us the logo artwork in correct format by email or other download link, then we will make logo design for your approval before starting mass production.
6.What kinds of payment terms are acceptable? We have flexible terms for your choice. 1) For order ,we accept 30% down payment and balance by T/T before delivering; 2) For sample ,we accept TT/paypal /western union .
7.What’s the lead time for mass production? Usually it takes 30 days after sample approval.
8.How to guarantee the product quality? We will first send the PP samples to you for approval. Then our professional QC will inspect and control quality during production based on all of your requests. Sometimes, it is also feasible for you to appoint your staff or international recognized inspection agency for supervising the quality.
