Tungsten Carbide 2 Flutes Step Drill "short" and "regular" (KXDS-2/KXDR-2)
This is a burr suppressing cross-hole drill bit (KXDS-2/KXDR-2).
This tool combines the benefits of both an angled point drill bit and a flat drill bit.
It has a two-step bit shape, with the first step doing the boring, while the flat shape of the second step suppresses exit burrs.
It is able to suppress burrs even when drilling deep holes.
The standard sizes for drill bits range from 0.3mm - 3.0mm in diameter in increments of 0.1mm.
There are two types of cutting edge available: the short type KXDS with a length 4-6 times the diameter, and the long type KXDR with a length 8-12 times the diameter.
