The sand mixer is intended for preparation of test compositions from molding and core sand mixtures with dust-like, liquid and viscous additives.
The mixing operation is carried out within 2-10 minutes and depends on the components that make up the mixture being prepared. When the mixing is finished, open the cover and unload the mixer. The sand mixer must be on whilst doing this. After every mixing cycle, the mixer must be cleaned of the remaining mixture.
The sand mixer is mounted on the foundation through securing on the frame.
