This complex is intended for preparation of cold-binder-bonded mixtures in cores and molds production with possibility to use ALPHASET, PEP SET, CO2, COLD-BOx Resol + CO2 and FURAN processes. Unit capacity from 1 to 5 tons of molding mixture per hour. It can be used for preparation of cold-binder-bonded mixtures in cores and molds production. The advantage of the FK5 molding complex is absence of necessity for pre-commissioning operations.
Litmashpribor LLC offers FK5 molding complex with capacity of 1 to 5 tons of molding sand per hour. This complex can be applied for molds and cores production with possibility to use ALPHASET, PEP SET, CO2, COLD-BOx Resol+CO2 and FURAN processes.
Advantages: Compactness, there is no need for performing pre-commissioning operations.
Configuration: S-105V Mixer. Metering device for one product with three programs setting possibility. Storage tank. Support frame. Ladder and tank operating platform protection. Molder control panel with the following functions: program selection, compaction table control, start/stop/pause mode selection. Control cabinet equipped with Mitsubishi pls and frequency converters, touch screen, air-preparation unit, filter for sand purification by binder and solidifying agent, pneumatic locking ball valve, reed sensor preventing sand mixer power-up in case of opened screw. CAMOZZI Pneumatics. Two metering pumps operating with magnet drives (made of stainless steel and Teflon gear wheels).
Including: 1 pump for binder (Fluid-o-tech Italy) 1 pump for solidifying agent (Fluid-o-tech Italy) Compaction table (built-in), with rollers and a pneumatic lifting table. Compaction table oscillations frequency converter. Two tank level sensors (upper/lower). Operating manual.
