Structure of Wheat Grinding Machine It consists of feed, mill, separation system and dust collect system. This type of flour mill is ground at a low speed by traditional methods without destroying the protein, vitamins, minerals, endosperm, edible fiber and other nutrients in wheat. The flour processed by wheat flour milling machine is not gelatinized, sticky, and the stiffness of the flour will not changed.
Working Principle of Wheat Grinding Machine The grinding of wheat is mainly done by a flour mill. The wheat is peeled off by mechanical force, endosperm is scraped off from the dander, and the endosperm is ground into a fine powder, this is the main part of the milling process. The mill is divided into upper and lower parts, and the upper part is the feeding part. The lower part is the grinding roller, which is rotated by a pair of gears or synchronous belts at different speeds, and drives the grinding roller to break, peel, scrape and grind the materials to achieve the purpose of grinding. The degree of material grinding can be achieved by adjusting the gap between the grinding rollers, and finally pulling the handle to separate the shutter to achieve the separation of the two grinding rollers, the feeding mechanism also automatically stops feeding. The ground materials pass through their respective feeders → pickers → powder extractors (or screen mesh), the materials are sieved through powder extractors (or screen mesh), flour → Cyclone → Air Blower → Flour output bagging.
