A: We provide customized service, you can send us the pictures of the style you want, we will send the sample after we confirm the design with you for many times, or you can directly send the sample to us, the production of the sample will take about 5 days.
Q3.Can I get the sample
A: For our current inventory, we will provide samples, you need to pay the sample fee and express fee, after the order quantity is over 1000, we will deduct the sample fee from the total amount.    If it is customized socks and you do not provide samples, you need to pay the corresponding sample fee and express fee. After the order quantity is over 1000, we will deduct half of the sample fee from the total amount.
Q4.What modes of transportation do you support
A: (1) For small quantities of goods or mailed samples, we will send them by DHL/ Fedex /UPS (2) In large quantity, we will send the goods to the designated address by sea. (3) If you have a designated agent, we support door-to-door delivery or delivery of goods to the designated address of the agent. (4)If you are an American buyer, we can send the goods to our CA warehouse by sea, and then send the goods to the designated address via Fedex/UPS.

A: If you choose our socks, we will sign an agreement with you if there are more than 1000 socks. Only you can sell this type of socks this year, and we will no longer sell them to other customers.
Q6. Time of delivery, How to pack
A: It takes 7 days for 500 and 10 days for 500-1000. If you have more than 1000, you need to confirm. We'll use cartons for packing.
