The kit is based on superparamagnetic particles purification technology, no phenol-chloroform extraction or alcohol precipitation. The whole extraction process is only 60 minutes. This kit can get genomic DNA, chondriosome DNA, viral DNA (e.g. HBV) from different samples. Purified DNA can be used directly for PCR, quantitative PCR, Southern Blot, virus DNA testing and so on.
