Cost | During production, due to the various sizes of the substrate, Cold laminating film requires large stock volume and has a scrap rate at over 15%. | Infrared radiation dry water-based wet coatings by solvent evaporation which shrinks the initial coating application by more than 50%. The limited length of heating conveyor lower the yield rates to 1-2 m/minute.
