SAMPLE ORDER

All sample orders are being charged in advance for total value including Shipping & Handling charges.
We will offer you a special discount of same value of sample ordered during your first order placed. As per our said policy the Sample Order will be free of cost for you after your first order (BUT it will depend on order quantities), but Freight is paid by customers.

Samples mostly are produced within week, but it depends on design, quantity & sizes of samples.

ORDER POLICES
All prices are F.O.B (Free on Board) Europa Sports , Sialkot-Pakistan. Freight, Shipping & Handling Charges is depending on Volume of order. Minimum Orders are accepted 100 Pieces/Style (Mix Size and color).

All orders are accepted on our given Article Numbers on this web-site, or on Our Catalogue /or Broachers. Further customers design and counter samples are also produced within very short time frame. Customer specified design is always secret.

PAYMENTS POLICES
As per Company Policy about payment is ADVANCE PAYMENT or L/C at Sight. Below than EURO: 4000.00 is always Advance payment to avoid extra charges from both sides.

CLIENT's PRIVACY
We are always ready to produce new products according to modern techniques and our client's requirements. So you can forward us your master samples /or drawings enabling us to make goods according to your demand or design.
We always do written agreement with our special clients to supply their designed goods only to him.

WARRANTY
Our Warranty is limited to manufacturing defects only, in such case product will be repaired or replaced, but some terms& conditions are applied.

The general method of forwarding goods from our market is as under and approximate transit time is mentioned excluded week-ends/Holidays.

Q1: What is your sample rules of your company ?
A1: Customized samples will be charged. the sample cost will refund once order confirmed and quantity reach 200 pcs. It takes 1-2 weeks.

Q2: What is your MOQ of your production ?
A2: Small quantity accepted to support your business.

A3: The time of delivery is based on order however for less than 500 pieces delivery time is approximately 2-3 weeks after payment.
