APPLICATIONS
For installations requiring large capacities with low pressures, in roof installations, without long ducts. For instance: ventilation of industrial buildings (factories, warehouses etc.), stock farms and electrical equipments etc.
CONSTRUCTION
■ Ring casing with double wide round shaped nozzle, and base resistant to the atmospheric agents.
■ Upper cover in techno-polymer resistant to the atmospheric agents.
■ Protection grid on outlet side in steel rod, manufactured according to UNI EN ISO 12499.
■ Arrangement 5 or 4 (impeller directly coupled to motor shaft).

The ITALSIME company was founded in 1973 as a manufacturer of three-phase, normal and special electric motors.
In 1990 begins the production of the first fans in sheet metal, stainless steel and anti-wear resistance In 2000 the first automated systems for production: welding robots for impellers, In 1998 begins the production of fans according to ATEX (anti-explosion) regulations. laser cutting and automatic machines for the pre-forming of fan cases.
The objective of the ErP Directive 2009/125 / EC is to reduce the energy consumption of the products through eco-design and enviromental sustainability. The structures of the fans are built with folding and reinforcement techniques to give them a light and modern look, but highly resistant, rigid and sturdy.
In 2012 started production of fans according to ErP (Energy-related Product) directives.
Since 2019 the company has been ISO 9001:2015 certified.
The controls on the raw materials, the functional and structural tests of the finished products are performed on ALL fans before leaving the factory. This means a TOTAL quality and reliability of the product.
Troubles, or defects may occur, but they don't leave the factory! The company also uses computerized three-dimensional modeling systems, which reduce the margins of error in the development of prototypes and on standard production. Computer simulations, on the other hand, give certainties in the limits of use of the product and help to predict and prevent the weak points of structures and impellers. The company provides a complete production cycle: from sheet metal cutting, bending, welding, static and dynamic balancing of the impellers up to powder coating in a drying oven and final tests, all perfomed inside Italsime's plant.
Working in the wood working machine area, pellet and waste recovery sector, a production of accessories was also born, such as: Rotary valves, Paper shredder, Refiners and Processing.
Actually ITALSIME exports to more than 20 countries (Europe and extra Europe), either directly or through the network of distributors. The company's aim has always been to find satisfaction in overcoming its limits by listening to requests and learning from its customers.
