Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are a factory. Our main products are baby tableware, baby bottles, forks and plates, and feeding bowls.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 10-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable
Q: How about the quality assurance?
A:we take the quality at the first place,The liquid silicone rubber nipple is made by machine importing from German,and silicone rubber from Japan.We meet the certificate SGS ISO9001.
