1.Q: Are you a trading company, or a direct factory?

A.We are a factory wih export license with more than 11years production experience

2.Where is your factory located? How can I visit you?

A:We located in ZhongShan SanXiang near to ZhuHai  Jin Wan international

Airport. If you're interested in visiting us, please feel free to let us know your schedule, and we may arrange picking up in any place of ZhuHai, unless you have other better choice.

3.Q: Can you provide me your catalogue? 

A:Yes, no problem. Just offer us your detailed contact info. for us to send it in 48 hours. And it would be better if you can tell us more specific requirements or styles you want to focus on. 

 

4.Q: What about you transportation terms?

A:It's FOB ShenZhen or EXW

 

5.Q: What is your payment  terms?

A: It's T/T or L/C as sight,Bank transfer,or others , for development stage, you should pay 100% development/mold fees to start; while for production, it requires 30% deposit to start the material preparation and production, and 70% balance before delivery but after your inspection.

 

6.Q:Where are your main market?

A:Our products are sold all over the world, but our most main market is America, Europe,Russia,Japan

 

7.Q:Do you develop new products every year?

A:Yes, about hundreds for glass and clay dough items. And we have a large samle room

8.Q: How do we make our own design? How about the sample fee and sample time?

A:Just offer us your artwork, no matter it’s 3D/2D, or sketch, or even ideas and detailed descriptions. It costs us$250 per style to sculpture the 1st clay in 7days and modify the clay until you approved it, make the sample mold and complete painted samples in another 10-14days, open the production mold when the bulk order placed.

 

9.Q: Can I get sample cost back when I purchased order ?

A:Yes, we can refund you the sampling charges once the QTY meet 3000pcs for small ornaments/figurines, or 500pcs for big decorations.

 

10.Q: Do you have any MOQ limit?

A:Yes, it’s 1000ps for small glass and clay dough ornaments; while it depends on the size if it’s a big sculpture, generally speaking 300pcs.

 

11.Q: Can I have some samples to check the quality? What is the time and cost? How to deliver?

 

A:For small glass/clay dought figurine items, we can offer 1-2ps for free for you to review the quality in one week. For big clay dough products, we can offer 1pc for you to review the quality at 1.5-2.0 times of bulk price in 10days, because we have cost to pack them very safely to avoid the breakage in long transportation. The delivery method will be depends on you,but the freight should be paid by your side

 

12.Q:What about lead time for mass production?
