This product is used to quantitatively detect the activity of α-L-fucosidase in human serum in vitro.
Background of Clinical Indications
It is used for the dynamic monitoring of hepatic cancer patients to assist in the diagnosis of disease progression or treatment effect. It can not be used as the basis for early diagnosis or confirmed diagnosis of malignant tumors, nor can it be used for tumor screening in general population. Its increase is common in patients with metastatic hepatic cancer and other diseases; it also has a slight increase in patients with hepatic cirrhosis, chronic hepatitis, and hemorrhage of digestive tract, etc.
