Usage
This kit is used to quantitatively detect the activity of adenosine deaminase (ADA) in human serum in vitro.
Background of Clinical Indications
It is used for the auxiliary diagnosis of inflammatory and infectious diseases, cardiovascular disorders, autoimmune disorders,malignancies, etc. When enzyme bilirubin separate occurs in patients with severe hepatitis, ADA is increased significantly. The activity of serum ADA is increased significantly in patients with chronic hepatitis and hepatic cirrhosis. In addition, increased ADA activity is common in patients with chronic hemolysis, congenital aplastic anemia, meningitis and other diseases.
